Diamond System for effective Bone Debridement

The Degranulation Kit contains four extra-coarse, spherical diamond instruments in diameters of 1.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm. In general, this kit is suitable for removing unwanted residues in extraction sockets. In particular, however, the diamond instruments have been developed to enable quick and easy bone debridement. With the help of the diamonds, degranulation tissue adhering to the bone can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the surrounding bone, so that subsequently inserted augmentation material comes into direct contact with healthy bone. The grooves on the shaft of the diamond instruments prevent blood from contaminating the contra-angle handpiece holder.
